DHA commissioned a new web site to offer its services online and attract and direct enquires to its high street shop. The main focus of the site was to make online purchases and enquires possible and needed to appeal to an age range mainly around 40+ and who might have varying levels of hearing loss. DHA provides products and services to help manage so accessibility was very important to help its customers - who could include disabled or elderly people to find the site friendly and access to its services clear and straight forward.
